RFCAD will determine the average elevation along
a specified number of radials emanating from a single
desired reference point. The program calculates
height averages as specified by FCC rules for FM,
TV, LM, or other user-determined formats.
Detailed terrain data may be displayed for each
radial, and a composite value of the average terrain
height is calculated. Calculation of the radiation
center HAAT is an option in either Metric or English
units.
